In his role as the General Manager of our newest Syracuse location, Jared has made a tremendous impact in a remarkably short period. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have him as an integral part of the Rachel’s family. Jared’s unparalleled work ethic, unwavering commitment to our brand, and dedication to ensuring the success of his location truly set him apart.
👉 Why do you work for Rachels? And if someone were to ask for advice on applying for a job, what advice would you give them?
I really enjoy making a positive impact on people’s lives. Whether it’s just having a casual chat or serving delicious food, I always strive to make every experience feel as special as the first time, whether it’s their very first visit or their 500th. Whenever I can, I like to personally greet our customers face to face. It’s these small gestures that really make them feel a part of our Rachel’s family. For both dine in and online orders; they’ll remember not just our food, but the friendly face that comes with the place.
👉 What do you enjoy most about being the newest general manager at Rachels Mediterranean New Location?
The best part of my role as a general manager is being able to provide my team and my customers a welcoming environment with good people and greater healthy food.
👉 What’s a fun fact that no one knows?
I’m an avid NBA fan. My favorite team is the Dallas Mavericks.
👉 One employee you think deserves to be spotlighted due to their hard work?
Since joining the Rachel’s family, Brandon, our Director of Operations, has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assist in any way possible. His performance in his role has been truly outstanding, setting a high bar for excellence. He’s a true model of excellence in his role, and his dedication inspires me daily. I aspire to one day perform as admirably as he does in a similar role.
